No waiting time will be charged for pickups from the airport due to flight delays but a waiting time for $ 10.00 for every 15 minutes will be charged if the pickup is from a location (Home, office, Hotel, Club, and Restaurant, etc.)
We require 24 hours prior notification in case any Change needs to be made; otherwise, 25% of the base fare will apply as a rescheduling fee.
We require 24 hours prior notification for local pickup & drop-off and for Cross-border pickup & drop-off required 48 hours notice to the scheduled pick-up time in case of any cancellations, otherwise, 50% of the base fare will apply as a cancellation fee.
If a scheduled pickup is canceled at the time of scheduled pick-up time, a 100% fare charge plus taxes will apply as a last-minute cancellation fee.
All No-Shows will apply a 100% fare charge plus taxes.
